Media walls for launches, press briefings and events
A media wall — also called a press wall, media banner or step-and-repeat banner — is the printed backdrop behind speakers, guests and products at press conferences, product launches, award ceremonies and red-carpet events. It puts your logo into every photo and video taken in front of it.
Flexrad prints and supplies media walls from our workshop at Gatakaini House, Tom Mboya Street, Nairobi. Every kit comes with a portable frame and a carry bag, and our design team can lay out your logos, sponsors and messaging for you.

Choosing a frame
- Simple adjustable frame — our entry-level option. It adjusts in height and width, sets up in minutes without tools, and packs into its carry bag. A good fit for occasional events.
- Collapsible aluminium frame — built for frequent use. The interlocking aluminium poles are durable yet light, which is why event companies, PR agencies and corporates that set up often choose it.
Fabric or vinyl print?
We print media walls on fabric or vinyl, both in high resolution with UV-resistant inks.
- Fabric — a soft, matte finish that keeps glare low under camera flashes and stage lighting.
- Vinyl — a heavy-duty banner material printed with a matte finish.
Tell us where the wall will stand and how often you will use it, and we will recommend the right material for your frame.
Getting the artwork right
- Repeat your logos. A tiled step-and-repeat pattern means at least one full logo appears in any photo crop.
- Put key branding at head-and-shoulder height. That is where most photos and interviews are framed.
- Keep important elements away from the outer edges of the print.
- Send print-ready files — high-resolution PDF, AI or PSD. No artwork yet? Our design team can create the layout.
- Approve a proof first. We send a proof before anything is printed.
