Laser Cutting Nairobi

Precision Cutting and Engraving, Made in Nairobi

Laser cutting and engraving are behind most of what we make: stencils, engraved plaques, 3D letters, acrylic displays and door signs. We also take custom cutting and engraving jobs from your own drawings.

The machine depends on the material and the level of detail. The laser gives fine detail and clean edges on acrylic and wood. The CNC router cuts 3D letters and handles deep engraving. The plotter cuts vinyl and paper templates. Everything is cut in our own workshop, so nothing is imported and a custom size is a quote, not a container.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What file format should I send?

A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) gives the cleanest cut and engraving. No file yet? Send a sketch or reference and our designers will prepare it. We share a proof for approval before cutting.

Which materials can you engrave?

We laser engrave acrylic and wood. Brass, stainless steel and aluminium are engraved by chemical etching for a premium metallic finish. Marble, aluminium and aluminium composite panel (ACP) are CNC engraved, as are large plaques that need deep engraving.

Is there a minimum order?

No. We cut and engrave single pieces as well as large batches.

How long does it take?

Simple text stencils are typically ready within 24 hours, and standard custom stencils in 1–2 working days. Standard acrylic brochure holders take 1–2 working days, and engraved plaques 2–5 working days. Complex designs or large quantities take longer; we confirm the date when we quote.

Can you cut my own design, not just your products?

Yes. We cut custom sizes from a drawing, make stencils to your exact specifications, and take custom acrylic fabrication jobs.

Do you deliver?

Collect from our workshop at Gatakaini House, Koja Roundabout, Tom Mboya Street, or have it delivered across Kenya.
